The mod is available on both Modrinth and Curseforge. The official server is built into the mod and is already in your multiplayer server list, if you for some reason still need the IP the following are viable:

We also offer a MinehopLite version that just has the movement and HUD and none of the map creation/server management features. You can find that on Modrinth and Curseforge.
